We will enjoy a route of approximately 10 kilometres in total, through forest trails and dirt roads, with beautiful changes in scenery and panoramic views of the surrounding area.
A few words about our route:
Our hike will be a linear route with return. During the first part of the route, we will experience some changes in elevation before beginning our descent towards the old forest house, where we will stop for a well-deserved rest and short break. Throughout the hike, we will enjoy the natural surroundings and the panoramic views offered by the area.
Before starting our hike, we will stop at the Holy Monastery of Panagia Chrysoroyiatissa, where we will have time for a pilgrimage visit, rest and use of the toilets. Afterwards, refreshed, we will begin our hike on the “Gefyria” Trail in Pano Panagia.
At the end of the hike, we will have lunch at a local tavern.

Important Notes
Note 1: When making your booking, please indicate in the message where you will be boarding the bus.
Note 2: For the smooth operation of the event and for safety reasons, all participants must follow the instructions of the group leaders.
Note 3: In case the event is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, the excursion will be rescheduled for another date. Participants who are unable to attend on the new date will receive a refund. If weather conditions once again prevent the event from taking place, the event will be permanently cancelled and all participants will receive a full refund.
Note 4: Photographs from our events may be shared on our website and social media channels. By participating in a Salonica View event, you agree to the publication of photographs in which you may appear. If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please inform us.
Note 5 – Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the event, or in case of a no-show, participants will be required to cover the full participation fee. This policy applies in order to cover operational expenses and reservations that have already been made.
Note 6: The group leaders reserve the right to adjust the stops and itinerary depending on the available time, without omitting any important points of interest.

INFORMATION REGARDING ALL OUR EVENTS
Four days before the excursion, usually on Wednesday, an official update is sent to all participants confirming whether the excursion will take place.

- Weather conditions
- Other organisational factors
