The travel agency Salonica View is organizing a special night hike under the moonlight, following a unique trail in the Stavrovouni area.
About the hike
We will leave in the late afternoon from Nicosia (Cyprus Handicraft Centre) and head towards Stavrovouni. Our hike will start from the square of Saint Barbara Monastery. The trail is uphill at the beginning and a good physical condition is required.The view from the top is amazing and definitely worth the effort, offering panoramic views of the Larnaca Bay. Under the night sky and the full moon, we will enjoy a beautiful night escape in nature. At the end of the hike, we will enjoy wine under the moonlight in a unique atmosphere.

Very good physical condition is required.

About Stavrovouni
The Holy Monastery of Stavrovouni is an Orthodox monastery and one of the places where a piece of the Holy Cross is kept. It is located on the top of Stavrovouni mountain, at an altitude of 750 meters, near the villages of Kornos, Pyrga, and Klavdia in the Larnaca district.

Notes
1.For safety reasons and the smooth operation of the event, participants must follow the instructions of the guides.
2.In case of bad weather conditions, the event will be moved to another date. Participants who cannot attend the new date will receive a refund. If weather conditions still do not allow the event to take place, the event will be fully cancelled and all participants will receive a refund.
3.Photos from the event may be shared on our social media pages. By joining a Salonica View event, you accept the use of photos unless you inform us otherwise.
4. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event or do not show up, you will need to cover the full participation cost. This policy helps cover operational and reservation expenses.
5.The guides have the right to adjust the schedule and stops depending on timing and group conditions, without skipping important points of interest.
