The Salonica View team organizes a unique evening hike under the moonlight in the peri-urban forest of Thessaloniki, Sheih Sou.
A few words about the route
we will all start our walk together from the Filipeio hotel, in the peri-urban forest of Thessaloniki, a dense pine forest where it will pleasantly surprise us with its paths, wooden bridges and forest roads. Arriving at the highest point of the route we will follow we will stop to admire the Corn Full Moon as you call the September Full Moon. The hike is suitable for the whole family and we will be especially happy to have our "little" hikers join our company. Of course, the accompaniment of a guardian is necessary for our little friends. Then with the companionship of the light of the moon and the head lenses that we will necessarily have to complete our night hike.

• Altitude: 155 meters
• Total hiking time (with the stop): 3.5 hours
• Degree of difficulty of the route: 1+ (scale 1 – 5, satisfactory physical condition)
• Suitable for children: 8+ (must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)

9. Head lens (mandatory for those who don't have a lens on their mobile)
10. Trekking Pole (optional)
Note 1. In case of cancellation of the event due to bad weather conditions, the excursion is moved to another date. Participants unable to participate on that date will be refunded. However, if again the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place, the event is permanently cancelled and everyone is refunded. In case of cancellation by the participants, 7 days or less before the date of the event, the money is not returned.
Note 2. Photo material is shared on our page and social media after each event. By participating in a Salonica View event, you also accept the sharing of photos. Otherwise, please let us know.
