Τhe Salonica View alternative tourism office organizes a one-day excursion and boating trip to the Blue Lagoon in Latsi.
A few words about the trip:
We will start early, early from Nicosia (Handicraft Center). We will make stops in Kofinou (Agios Modestos Church - Village Square) and Limassol (Jumbo Linopetras), for those friends who want to board from these areas and then via the highway, we will head to Paphos and later to the port in Latsi. We will board the small boat and from there our adventure begins. Until we reach the Blue Lagoon, we will pass by the Baths of Aphrodite, the church of St. Georgiou, Platsi (Theater Bay), Mylonas Bay, Fontana Amorosa, Akrotiri Arnaouti. In all the points we mentioned, there will be a guided tour by the captain. In Blue Lagoon Bay, we will have time for swimming and diving (1 hour). At 13:30, will be our arrive at the port of Latsios. We will board the bus again and leave for the tavern "O Pavlaras" in the neighboring village of Neo Horion. It is a tavern at the foot of Akamas on a hill and has a view of the whole beach, Latsi, and Poli Chrysochou. After our meal, we will board the bus. Our next stop is the monastery of Agios Neophytos of English, which is located near the village of Tala. At this point, the Saint was looking for a place to isolate himself, so he carved the mountain by himself and created the so-called enclosure. Inside the enclosure, there are various frescoes, which date from the 12th to the 15th century. From the monastery, we will take the way back. They will be at all the departure points and the final destination will be Nicosia and the Handicrafts Center.

Package 2: 36 euros for children 5 to 12 years old (Transportation by bus, Boating, and food at the Pavlaras tavern - Nuggets with potatoes, juice & seasonal fruits)

Note 2. For the best functioning of the event and for safety reasons, participants must comply with the instructions of the attendants.
Note 3. In case of cancellation of the event due to bad weather conditions, the excursion is moved to another date. Participants unable to participate on that date will be refunded. However, if again the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place, the event is permanently canceled and everyone is refunded. In case of cancellation by the participants, 7 days or less before the date of the event, the money is not returned.
