Hiking on the Tall Tree trail – Pouziaris - October 12

The Salonica View team is organizing a one-day excursion and hike on the Tall Tree – Pouziaris trail.

A few words about our route:

Our group will start from Nicosia (Cyprus Handicraft Center) in the morning. Then, we will board with the first stop in Kofinou and then a stop in Limassol. Then we will make a stop for coffee and rest in Trimiklini. Then we will head towards the connection point of the Platres – Mesa Potamos forest road with the Moniatis – Platres – Troodos tourist road, near Tall Tree, where the starting point of our hike will be located. Our route will be circular and, reaching its highest points, we will enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the entire area. After the end of our hike we will go to the restaurant ''Psilo Dentro''(Tall Tree) in Platres for lunch, before returning back to Nicosia.

Length: 9 km

Time: 3 - 4 hours

Difficulty level: 3 (The trail is difficult due to uphill/downhill route).

Note 2. For the best operation of the event and for safety reasons, participants must comply with the instructions of the escorts.

Note 3. In case of cancellation of the event due to bad weather conditions, the excursion will be transferred to another date. Participants who cannot participate on the specific date will be refunded. However, if the weather conditions still do not allow the event to take place, the event will be permanently canceled and everyone will be refunded.

Note 4. Photographic material is shared on our page and on social media after each event. By participating in a Salonica View event, you agree to the sharing of photos. Otherwise, please inform us.

Note 5. Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the event or your failure to appear at the activity/excursion, you will need to cover the full cost of your participation. This policy applies to cover operating expenses and reservations that have already been made.

Note 6. Guides have the right to adjust the tour stops and the schedule depending on the time available, without omitting important points of interest.
