The Salonica View team organizes horse riding and a yoga class in the green meadows of Lythrodon, combining them at the end with a Cypriot filling.
Wanting to become one with nature, on 15/04/23 in Lythrodontas (the exact location will be sent to the participants), we are going for horseback riding and yoga in a wonderful natural environment. At the end of the event, all participants will be offered a Cypriot filling.
A few words about riding:
The horse riding will start at the horse farm, where our instructors will show us some basic horse handling techniques. Afterwards, the group, together with the instructors, will ride outside the farm on a unique route in the unspoiled nature. The duration of the activity is 1 hour.
A few words about the yoga class:
Together with the yoga instructor of our group, we all explore, feel and express body, mind and soul together. We will build stability, strength and endurance through movement as well as immobility. We will reveal our true, unique and perfect nature as we discover the powerful and healing dynamics of the correct use of the breath. As our mind will be quiet, body and soul will be relieved. In deep relaxation and meditation we (re)connect with our Inner Self. The duration of the activity is 1 hour.

We will be divided into 2 groups of 8 people. Each group will go through both activities.

Note 1. For the best functioning of the event and for safety reasons, participants must comply with the instructions of the attendants.
Note 2. In case of cancellation of the event due to bad weather conditions, the excursion is moved to another date. Participants unable to participate on that date will be refunded. However, if again the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place, the event is permanently cancelled and everyone is refunded. In case of cancellation by the participants, 7 days or less before the date of the event, the money is not returned.
