The Salonica View team is organizing a one-day excursion with wine tasting, hiking on the Millomeris Waterfall trail in Upper Platres, and a visit to Omodos.
A few words about our excursion:
Our group will start from Nicosia (Cyprus Handicraft Center) in the morning. Then, there will be a boarding with the first stop in Kofinou and then a stop in Limassol. Our first stop will be in the picturesque village of Omodos, one of the most traditional and charming villages in Cyprus, where we will have time for coffee. Then, we will visit Platres for a unique wine-tasting experience, tasting fine Cypriot wines. After the wine tasting, we will head to the starting point of our hike. The Millomeris Waterfall is located in the southeastern area of the village of Platres. The flow of water from the Cold River made the place moist and cool, so the residents named the waterfall Millomeris. The water of the waterfall falls from a height of 15 meters, forming a small lake. The hike will be on a 1km path and is relatively smooth, although it has some slope, as it follows a downward path towards the waterfall. In addition to the natural beauty of the landscape, those who wish can also dare to take a dip. Our excursion will end with lunch in Platres.

Note 2. For the best operation of the event and for safety reasons, participants must comply with the instructions of the escorts.
Note 3. In case of cancellation of the event due to bad weather conditions, the excursion will be transferred to another date. Participants who cannot participate on the specific date will be refunded. However, if the weather conditions still do not allow the event to take place, the event will be permanently canceled and everyone will be refunded. In case of cancellation by participants 7 days or less before the event date, the money will not be refunded.
Note 4. Photographic material is shared on our page and on social media after each event. By participating in a Salonica View event, you agree to the sharing of photos. Otherwise, please inform us.
Note 5. Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the event or your failure to show up for the activity/excursion, you will be required to cover the full cost of your participation. This policy applies to cover operating expenses and reservations that have already been made.
Note 6. Guides have the right to adjust the tour stops and the program depending on the time available, without omitting important points of interest.
