Biking on Lake Dipotamos (Skarinou)

The Salonica View team organizes a special bicycle tour of the artificial Dipotamos lake in Skarinos.

A few words about the route:

We will gather at the pervoli of Mr. Giorgos, which is located near the old Kofinou - Skarinou road / turn for A. Theodoros (the exact location will be sent to the participants). At this point, the leader - escort will be waiting for us with all the necessary equipment (bikes & helmets). This will be followed by an introduction to the participants and information on the route the group will follow. We will pass through groves full of olive and citrus trees. We will end up at Lake Dipotamos where for some time we will have the opportunity to cycle alongside it. Necessary time for photos and rest will be given. Then there will be a return by another road with rich pine vegetation and a view towards the valley of Pentaschinos. At the end of the route, a Cypriot filling with organic products of the region will be waiting for us at Mr. Giorgos's garden to make up for the calories we burned.

Cycling:

Cycling is a mild form of recreational activity. It offers everyone memories of our childhood and rejuvenates, entertains, and invigorates body and soul.

Participation fee: 35 euros per person

Note 1. For the best functioning of the event and for safety reasons, participants must comply with the instructions of the attendants.

Note 2. In case of cancellation of the event due to bad weather conditions, the excursion is moved to another date. Participants unable to participate on that date will be refunded. However, if again the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place, the event is permanently canceled and everyone is refunded. In case of cancellation by the participants, 7 days or less before the date of the event, the money is not returned.
