Personal Training is a special individual training course with a personal trainer. It is the method of exercise where in general the client exercises in a space exclusively for them and is guided and supervised by the personal trainer having the opportunity of individual care and dedication, with flexibility and individualization of his programs enjoying the most modern and revolutionary methods of exercise perfectly adapted to his personal needs. The trainer plans every stage of the trainee's training. The goal of personal training is effective and quality training, regardless of the level of physical condition. The program can include exercises with weights, rubber bands, or even the net weight of the human body and can be done anywhere with or without equipment.
What is semi-personal training?
It is the training that takes place in small groups of 4-5 people and is getting adapted to the needs and goals of the trainees. The training is constantly supervised by the trainer.
